What bags can I trade in?
All Glass Ladder bags and accessories are welcome to apply! We do not accept items from other brands. Trade-ins are subject to review.
Don’t have your original order number? No problem. You can still submit an application without it!
Trade-in week is open to U.S. Customers only at this time.
How is my trade-in value determined?
We’ll consider your bag’s style, age, overall condition, and any repairs it may need to determine your trade-in offer. Trade-in credits are issued as store credit.

What happens after I apply?
We’ll get right to work! During Trade-In Week, your application will be reviewed within 2 business days. As a thank-you for participating, you'll receive 500 bonus loyalty points when your application is processed. The bonus is available once per person during each Trade-In Week for eligible bag applications that haven't been submitted to our trade-in program before. Wallet applications are not eligible for the bonus points.
If your trade-in is approved, we’ll email you an offer. If you decide to accept, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send your item our way!
Does my bag need to be in perfect condition?
Not at all! Well-loved, worn, and even damaged Glass Ladder bags are welcome to apply.
