Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing Time: Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days from our warehouse, please take this processing time into consideration when selecting your preferred shipping method.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders come with free shipping on orders over $200, which is processed with USPS services. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.


Please allow between 10-15 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days for USA orders and 30 days for international orders have passed please email us at support@glassladderco.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase from our website.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will process the refund at that point. Please note, returns have a restocking fee of $10 for each item that is returned to cover warehouse and shipping expenses. Exchanges and cancellations are free and do not have any fees deducted. The restocking fee will be deduced from your total refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@glassladderco.com to follow up on the status of your refund.

Clearance or Customized items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@glassladderco.com. Our policy does not cover items damaged, disposed of, or misused by the customer. Unfortunately if this is the case we are not able to offer you a return or exchange. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
