We’re continuing to move through preorder fulfillment and everything is on track. Our team is actively shipping orders and working through them as quickly and carefully as possible.

As shared previously, all preorders are still expected to ship by January 6th, and tracking emails are going out automatically as each order is processed and heads out the door.

Our preorder shipments are now in progress.
For the Classics Collection – Batch 1, inventory has arrived at our warehouse and fulfillment is underway. Orders are shipping in the order they were placed, and all Batch 1 preorders are expected to ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an automatic email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed and ready to ship.
Because we are a small team and take great care in preparing each package, fulfillment happens in stages rather than all at once. Rest assured, if your order is part of this batch, it is actively moving through our shipping queue.

Yes! If your order is a gift and the bag won’t arrive by the special day, we’re happy to provide a custom printable insert. This elegant card insert can be placed inside a greeting card or gift envelope and lets the recipient know their bag is being made-to-order and will be arriving soon. It’s a thoughtful way to share the excitement of what’s on the way, even before the bag is in their hands.
