One-Year Limited Warranty
All bags and wallets purchased directly from Glass Ladder include a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to production or craftsmanship that occur under normal use within the warranty period.
Our approach is always repair first. If a warranty issue is approved, our team will evaluate the item and complete the appropriate repair. If a repair is not reasonably possible, we will work directly with the customer to determine a suitable alternative solution at our discretion.
To ensure we can offer fair and consistent service to all customers, each item is eligible for one complimentary warranty repair during the one-year coverage period. Additional services may be available through our paid repair program.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear that occurs through everyday use
- Damage caused by misuse
- Damage caused by third parties including shipping carriers
- Accidental damage
- Alterations, abuse, or improper handling
Determination of what qualifies as a manufacturing defect versus non-covered damage is made solely by Glass Ladder after review.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim, email support@glassladderco.com with the following:
- Your original order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Our team will review your submission and respond with next steps if approved.
International Warranty Requests
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for arranging shipment of their item to our workshop. Glass Ladder will cover approved repair work and return shipping after service is completed.
In certain international cases, a local repair option may be offered at our discretion.
Paid Repair Services
We offer paid repair services for eligible Glass Ladder purchases that fall outside the warranty period.
Paid repairs are available only for:
- Items purchased directly from glassladderco.com
- Purchases made within the last five years
- Orders with proof of purchase
All paid repairs are provided through a custom, all-inclusive service quote that includes:
- Evaluation
- Repair labor
- Shipping to and from our workshop
Once the customer approves the quote and completes payment, the repair process begins immediately.
Repair Timeline
In-house repairs typically require 2 to 3 weeks once the item arrives at our workshop. This does not include inbound or outbound shipping transit time. Total turnaround time is generally 4 to 5 weeks from shipment to return delivery.
Final Notes
Glass Ladder reserves the right to approve or decline any warranty or repair request based on eligibility, condition, material availability, and service capacity.
All warranty decisions are final.
